At first I suspected that one of your plugins may have caused this issue to happened because all the descriptions are from your JFBconnect plugins. But when i turn off the plugin and tried to save it, it still doesn't save the item. Can you provide us with your FTP access for further check on this issues?

I've thought of having a look into the apache log during save. I only see one GET request, is this normal?

How is the process of saving the data?

I found out that Admintools is also blocking the request with it's DFI Shield. For testing purpose I've deactivated the whole WAF but no luck. For now I've deactivated the DFI feature.

You're welcome, can you request with your hosting provider and see is there a way to setup a FTP user account so we can troubleshoot this issue in your site? Or perhaps you can provide us with your Cpanel access.

Something is strange, it should use POST request.

As it is my own Webserver I just installed an FTP server. The credentials are in the ticket which I've updated. I don't have a cPanel .

I think I probably know what is the issue causing this after troubleshoot on your site, it seems like 2 plugin conflict with Metaman.

1. System - jQuery Easy
-> This causing can't store the correct data in database.
To solve this : I did try switch this plugin jQuery version from 1.8 to 3.x , it will store correctly when you submit the meta data from Metaman. (To test this, you have to disable this plugin "System - JFBCSystem")

2. System - JFBCSystem
-> This plugin have 1 ability to override the meta data on the page, mean when you open Metaman form, it will directly show the meta data even you already set.

Regarding this plugin, I still finding the solution for this, is it possible send us with your Jfbconnect latest installer to me so I can troubleshoot on my locally since I already found out what causing this issue on your site.

I've temporary apply some fix in this plugin file JoomlaFolder/plugins/system/jfbcsystem/jfbcsystem.php and I also help you switch the jQuery version to use 3.0 from the Easy jQuery plugin, but I am not really sure it will causing another issue on your site, perhaps you can give it a try and see?
