Hi,

I changed my Facebook password, and now when I want to edit my profile in EasySocial, I get the error below, and back to the wall page. Help please.

There is an error retrieving your Facebook details. Facebook returns an error message of: "Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user has changed the password."
Hello Peter,

Re-sign in with your Facebook account again to reset the tokens. Otherwise, the token is already nulled because you change your password on Facebook.

Hi mark,

How do I get to re sign in to facebook? It doesn't allow me into my profile to effect the change, or am I being dumb? I'm happy to give your the username and password of the account (as well as backend access in need).

Hello Peter,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply (I got caught up with some personal issue today and wasn't available in the office). Anyway, you can just click on the Facebook button to re-signing. Is it not working?

Can you provide us with the back end, ftp and your Facebook access as well so that I can check on this?
