Sorry - to clarify, when I say comment, I mean caption.. In Instagram, the user caption comes below the image or video. But there's usually no text associated with the video, ie. you can't share videos on Instagram so there won't be associated text.

In the Easysocial stream, when you share a link or content from Youtube, the text appears above the user caption - this often means that the user's caption will get lost in the text. On Facebook, the opposite happens, ie. text comes before/above post and then associated post text, and this ensures that the text is read by the viewer.

JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/streams/videos/preview.php

For single video view:
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/videos/item/default.php

You actually can make template override these file in folder:

JoomlaFolder/templates/<yourcurrenttemplate>/html/com_easysocial/streams/videos/preview.php

JoomlaFolder/templates/<yourcurrenttemplate>/html/com_easysocial/videos/item/default.php

So it will not effected when you update to the latest version

I searched in the files you mentioned (preview.php and default.php) and couldn't find the class "es-stream-content" which is the same class that's given to the comments that come after the videos. This class does appear in the item.php file in the wireframe/stream/default folder.

After looking at this file, I think it may be dangerous to create an alternate version on my system - if you guys change your system and future upgrades rely on a different version of the item.php file, my stream will break as it will use the old file.

Can you change this post to a feature request - so that in the next update, comments come before videos and other links? As mentioned, post comments establish context and relevance, and as they currently appear after the content they get lost. This means that users - ie. readers don't really know why these links have been posted.
