Is there a way within EasyBlog to change the unsubscribe process?

Right now, you get a confirmation email to the subscription and at the bottom is a link to unsubscribe. When you click unsubscribe, it takes you to the website and it says your unsubcription was successful.

It would be nice if they had a second chance, to exit the process before it removes them.
