Change the date format in the posts/stream

Hi,

Is there a way to change the date format in the posts/stream ?
Currently it's a backward (from now) format. I would like to have a regulate datetime format here.

Sorry for the delay of this reply.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to achieve change the date format in the posts/stream because it is already set in the system. It is set set to show seconds/minutes/hour etc only. Even you manage to change those setting, there will be some others problems occurs.

I'm a bit lost here. if it's possible, can you provide us with some screenshot or attachments to show what you wany to achieve and which date time format did you desire so we can check if it is possible for us to regulate.
