change Suggestions widget position

Hello I just updated my ES to 1.2.12, then I check my dashboard.
1. In widget "Applications" I found "APP_BLOG_USER_TITLE", I think it should be "Blog".
How t fix the problem? (see image attached 01. ...... )

2. One again,
In widget section, how to put "Suggestions" widget on the top of widget section? (see image attached 02. ...... )

Sorry for late reply to this,
I have help you installed the latest version of blog apps in your site, it show fine now.

Also, I have help you to change the "Suggestion" widget at the top, but unfortunately the "friends" and "online" widget is come with the Friend apps together, so this 3 widget also will move to top position together, but now the "Suggestion" widget is show on most top now.
