1.At the bottom of the 'post comment as a guest" form, there is a text "Rate this article", how can I change this text?

-> You can change the text in DIR:../language\en-GB\en-GB.com_komento.ini

2.I want to turn off guest comment, what should I do? I can't find the settings in configuration.

-> You can set the guest cannot comment by:
1. Click Komento>ACL>Integration_component>Guest> Disable Add comment
