Dear Support!
Earlier, in another topic we discussed about a payment option inside of easysocial, and you recommended me http://www.readybytes.net/. No we already installed it into our ES - system. Now, the support there is saying, that the option "change profile type during registration" should've been activated inside of ES, but as much as I'm lookinmg for, I can't figure out where to find that option! Can you help me please?
Can you provide us with your correct Joomla backend user access?

Because I hitting this ;

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've take a look in your site, new registration user have permission to select which profile type they want to register if without payplan integration enable, because this is Easysocial default behaviour.

If enabled payplan integration, it seems like they do not have permission to select which profile type they want to register, it only appear the subscription plan.

Can you check my screenshot below, is it you need to create different Easysocial profile type from payplan app section? Because I noticed you can create which Easysocial profile type you want to use.

By the way, it would be best if you can consult back to payplan support regarding this, because we do not know how the payplan work actually, I believe it should possible when the user select which subscription package their want to pay then payplan should redirect user to select profile type page, so they can select which profile type to join which profile type available in this subscription package.
