I copied the Intranet production server in the Intranet test server for reproduce the problem. When you want you can connect to the server with TeamViewer.
P.S. I need to know how to resolve the problem, because after the problem is solved I need to do all procedure in the production server.
I need to access your site to further check on this issues. You should be able to upload them if you access your backend using Super User admin. Please advice.
