Hello,

We use the custom email logo. When we change our logo to the new one, we tested it on email notification, the logo is still the same. We cleared all caches (joomla and browsers), and also restart apache. It is still the same.

Could you tell us how to?

Thanks
Regards
Hello Bertrand,

Did you submit a new post after changing the logo? There is a possibility that those e-mails were already generated prior to your change of the logo.

In fact, we just created a new user to make a comment on my post. We received a notification. In this notification, we found our logo.
We changed the logo to the new one, and then delete this user in Joomla backend, and make the new comment the same post with the same new user.
So in this test, the new logo, new notification and new user in the same post gave the old logo.

Hi there,

It would be best if you can provide us with your backend, FTP and test user for further check on this issues. Please advice.

Hi Warith,

In fact, in the folder media/com_easyblog/images/email/logo.png was mine. I forced it as I could not change via easyblog web page. This is why you think that the application has taken account my own logo.
I just put back the easyblog logo. Could you change it by another logo?

Thanks

Hi there,

It seems that i cant upload/replace existing files and http://take.ms/x5x8c as i required to access your files. Maybe you can install one the file manager components on your site or Maybe you can provide 644 permission for your files for us to further check.

Please advice.

Hi there,

I somehow still cant upload them to your site

By the way, maybe you can try to upload them and then got to System>Clear Cache and clear your site cache or maybe better is disable "System - Page Cache" plugin and implement those logo again and see how it goes
