I have my own Logo for EasySocial/EasyBlog email notifications, is it possible to include it through admin in Komento 3 or do i need to make a template override file and if so what size of logo would i need?

I am using the Outline Theme.

I noticed an old thread from 2014 with guidance on editing the newcomment.html.php file, but it was for Kuro so assumed it was out of date.

We can do template override for it by using our new feature as you can see here Backend>Components>Komento>E-mails>Template Editoras shown https://screencast.com/t/IjEinNhcVcb3 on the editor itself. Hope this helps

Thank you Abdul, I copied the same logo file with 160x40px image i use for EasySocial email override to ../media/com_komento/images/ and changed the name of the default image file source to the new one in the template.php file using the editor.

The override file was created successfully as you suggested.

Quick Question ref the new image file (not the template.php file) - should i have placed it away from the default Komento image folder in case it is removed in the next Komento update?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

If you replace same image name e.g. media/com_komento/images/email-logo.png , it will get override when you update to next version.

Actually this image logo link, you do not need put your logo image in that images folder.

If you already setup the email logo from your Easysocial, you can actually copy that email logo link from your Easysocial image folder, then put your image path into your Komento email template from backend.
