Change Inbox Preview Text for New Post Notification Email

When a new blog is posted, a notice is sent to the subscribers. This email contains text that appears in the inbox preview, but I cannot figure out where I can change this in the EasyBlog backend. The text reads

Hi Blakelee,
This is a known issue that was previously addressed. I have attached the fix files below. Can you apply them into the following directory and if the issue is resolved? Remember to backup the original files too as a precaution.
