Hi team, use case: I have a helpdesk ticket (EasyDiscuss post), I mark it as resolved, a few days go by and the author of the ticket replies. It would be very helpful if the post could automatically become unresolved again and I would visually see it in my assigned posts.

The "visual" part of ofc in me based on the "is-resolved" class. Thanks a lot.

Sounds like a nice feature, but if the reply does not contribute to the discussion, or is not related at all to the main question, it doesn't make sense to remove the resolved status. Nevertheless, feel free to post your request on EasyDiscuss feature requests section.
