Ah, unfortunately it's not possible to make that multi lingual because the source of that is the image We do have plans to change the tag to normal text though.

even if i make two differents images ? is it possible to change the path, or add a new class ?

You will actually need to edit the theme file /components/com_easyblog/themes/default/blog.featured.module.php and replace the codes below with the desired text
