Change date of EasyDiscuss Post to custom

Hi,

I've been doing some tidying on my site and are moving some posts from a different component into EasyDiscuss. However the content is old so ideally they wouldn't show up as the most recent posts.I can't see any option to alter the created date in the backend. Please can you help?

Hey Rachel,

Unfortunately it is not possible to alter / modify the creation date of the posts currently as most of the time forums is something that is being interacted heavily.

If you want to do this by hand, you could alter the created, modified and replied column on the table #__discuss_posts and #__discuss_thread (Thread table is used to de-normalize the data for faster access)
