Hello. Can there be any option i can change the display date format in EasyBlog posts. Though have searched a lot, not able to get it. Screenshot attached for your reference.

Thanks,

Sharat
My bad, sorry about that. Actually, there is no setting for change the date format in the blog listing currently. However you can do template override to change the date format ( refer this date format ) by:
1.Click Extensions>Languages>Overrides>New
2. Language Constant * => DATE_FORMAT_LC1
Text => Change into your desire date format

Have a nice day ahead Sharat!

Hi Sharat,

You can change the date format by:
1. Click EasyBlog>Settings>Layout>General>Custom Fields>Date fields format
Please refer this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/Szr9BnQV4o1

Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply.

i have tried the provided solution, but alas! it does not work. Please note that i am not using any custom field. And just want the display date format changed as shown in the attached screenshot.

Thanks,

Sharat

Which template are you using? It may be hard coded instead of using a language key.

This issue is actually not because of hardcoded formats. EasyBlog uses strings from Joomla's language file but there are cases where we need to hardcode the date format. (Eg: origami) where we need to explicitly set the month and day only in a calendar format.
