Hi Team,

Just installed 1.2.13 and found a problem.

- Edit Avatar > Choose from Photos
- Select a different EXISTING pictures in "Avatar Pictures" (problem does not exist if choosing other albums)
- Corp the avatar and confirm, turns out an "Internal Server Error" (Please see attached pic)

p.s no problem when upload & corp a new avatar, but have issue with existing picture - only in "Avatar Photos" album
Hi Alfred,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Issue fixed internally. The fix will be added into next release of EasySocial The fix will be inside the maintenance script so you will need to new installer running on your site to fix the photo path from the database.

Hope this help and have a nice day
Sam

hey alfred,
unfortunately I can't reproduce this on my end, there it's working fine with an existing avatar in the avatar album.
could you add your site details and ftp access so that we can investigate this directly at your end?

Hi Alex,

Appreciate your help. Can you try one more thing? Please relocate your photo & avatar storage folder (I am using /images/town/photos & /images/town/avatars ; or somewhere outside the original /media/... location). I guess this should be the caused. If same you cannot reproduce the issue, I will get you another online UAT with 1.2.13 loaded, and may take a short while. Thanks.

we'll investigate this further and update you here once a fix is available. thanks for pointing this out.
