Can you tell me where to change the admin email? In particular, I'd like to specify who gets notifications of new comments.
You can configure this from backend > Easyblog > settings > notification > general > Custom Email Address

And enable this setting as well `Use Custom Email as Admin Email` , you can refer on my attached screenshot below.
