Catergory not showing

Hi
I have a category that's not showing in the backend but is showing up in the front end. I can't edit this category because it's not showing in the backend. If you go to the front end of my site and go the main menu tab Audibles you'll see the category "Football" at the top of the page. That category is not displaying in the backend.

I have configure it for you. Can you check it for me is this issue is till persist?

Hello Antonio,

The reason why this "football" category is there in the front end is because it is existed in the database. Im trying to further checking your site but we cannot access your ftp. 
Error:	Could not connect to server
Can you check IP blocking on your server and please unblock our IP address? This is our IP address: 175.143.208.75.

Please be advise.

Hi I talk to my hosting provider and you guys aren't blocked and the username and password is correct. They told me to give you guys this IP address:
and you should be able to get in. They also said if you guys are doing a copy and paste try typing all the info in manually because sometimes that causes an issue.
