Hello
For beginning sorry for my english. My question is: Can only one user add post in category "category1" and for other user adding post in that category "category1" will be forbidden ?

Yes, that is possible but you need to configure the category permissions when you edit the category at the back end of EasyBlog. Currently, you can select which user groups in Joomla are allowed to post in the category. What you could do is to create a new Joomla user group, assign that user into the group and only allow this group publishing access into that category.
