Hi there,

I am using two categories within easy blog - 'recipe' and 'blog'.
I have separate menu for each of them. However, even though one of the category names is 'recipe' it show as 'blog' in URL.

Can we change it to include the category name 'recipe' in the urls instead of 'blog'?

Thanks.
Hi Victoria,

May I know how is your current menu item structure looks like? You need to use single category menu item in order to make your url looks like this, yoursite.com/category/blogtitle.

If you don't mind, kindly provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you to setup the menu item correctly on your site.

http://www.matakanasuperfoods.com/recipe/beetroot

this is the link for the recipe single album view page and when you click on one of the recipe the url goes to http://www.matakanasuperfoods.com/blog/easy-beetroot-hummus

I want to make it

Hey Victoria,

We'll need to inspect your current menu structure first. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

To add your access, simply edit your first post above or head on to http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site to insert your site access once only.

Hi,

I have added our site address however, I prefer you tell me how to change it rather than you changing it yourself as I will have to redirect the links after changing it.

Thanks.

Hi Victoria,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems like the provided htaccess credentials is not working for me, http://screencast.com/t/w14869PSHQA .

I prefer you tell me how to change it rather than you changing it yourself as I will have to redirect the links after changing it.

Every site has their own menu structure and will not always be the same as our local instance. Hence it is better for us to directly inspect the menu item structure and provide a dynamic solution based on your current menu item structure. Hope you understand.

Please redirect current address to the new address once you have configured the new url address with /recipe/

Many thanks.

Hi Victoria,

I just tried to access the first security by using that you provided above but it's not working for me.
