The Category All Listing menu item is not overriding the categories layout defaults.

I set the defaults to all ON in the settings categories view. I set the menu item settings to all HIDDEN.

It ignores the menu item settings. See http://take.ms/UkAXR.

May I know how you access the page as per your screenshot above as you make it hidden?
And seems like the login credential is not working anymore now

The sign in credentials work fine. I just signed in. Please check your spelling.

Ah my bad, I've access wrong site just now.
I believe the menu https://test.themannareserve.org/index.php/downloads/categories is not reflected to the menu setting.
Is it possible for you to provide us with the FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

I added the credentials in my Dashboard Details. You access the report from the main menu under downloads and then Categories.

It seems like I can replicate this issue in my locally, this issue only happen when the all categories menu item under child menu.

I will lock this issue into our issue tracker and update you once the developer fix this internally.
