Would be nice if blog post count would be displayed for each blog category when selecting show empty categories. Showing empty categories is a good thing, if you have no bloggers, as apposed to showing no categories. At least potential bloggers would know what categories are available.
Hello Lloyd,

There is a setting for this,
1st you have to display category without post in category listing at
backend -> component -> easyblog -> settings -> workflow
set "Hide empty categories" to no.
2nd go to
backend -> component -> easyblog -> themes
select the theme you chose and "Show Category's entries in Statistic" set to yes
