Categories are not in administration menu

Hello good day
During this so out of date between 10/16 and 10/19 week, have undergone a series of changes in order categories, we have not changed any of the two people who administer EasyDiscuss.
In the images, they can see how the order publicly displayed, it is not the same on the administration menu.
The first two categories on public display, have disappeared from the list in the private administration menu.
The "Customers Potencilales" menu, from the beginning was located at the top, just above "Markets"
What is due this particular case? How to solve it? Should we update something?
We ask you to please help me as soon as possible to resolve this matter, as this system is vital for our company, as customers directly manage through it.

It seems like you pointed us that 2 categories `Otros mercados` and `Formación` is not exist on your Easydiscuss categories listing backend.

May i know these 2 categories is created by yourself?

if yes, can i have the permission to help you update to latest version of Easydiscuss?

By the way, I've tried to connect with your FTP server but i hitting this : 
Response:	530 Login incorrect.

Error:	Critical error

Error:	Could not connect to server

Please advise.

The two categories were created by me. There are sections as shown publicly listed, but must appear in a different order than they appear.

In internal management list it is hidden from view.

I give clear access and can update Easy Discuss.

Hey there,

I've checked in your database this table `dn79v_discuss_category`, it seems like this 2 category ID 11 and 12 is not stored correct `left` and `right` segment, I have manually update it, it should display correctly now, can you give it a check now?

I didn't update Easydiscuss in your site, because I trying that but hitting file permission issue, so what i did on your site is just updated that data from your database.

Yes, everything should work correctly now.
