Can you check following setting and see whether you have turn it on from your site backend?

1. If you have create menu item for display all categories or single category menu item, you have to check this 'Show Category Description' setting.

2. If it set to inherit setting, you have to check it from backend > Easyblog > Setting > views > All categories or single category > make sure this setting is 'Show Category Description' is enabled.

If the issue still persists, can you update your site backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?
