Hello,

I'd like to know if there is any solution for not send a cart abandonment email when the user had been subscribed. It happens when some user intent to buy a plan for many times. Even when it decide to subscribe, the email app send notification over that other user intents.

Hello Lecius,

You mean that user already subscribe plan (his subscription active) and try to buy same plan again but not paid yet.
You don't want to send card abandonment email to those user's or i misunderstood.
Please explain in details , so i'll be able to assist you.

Ok. The situation is:

I'm an user. I'm thinking to buy a plan. So I go to the invoice confirm screen but I give up (this action logs a no status invoice in my current payplans configs). In some minutes I decide to buy and I repeat all the steps but now I confirm the invoice to complete the transaction.

In admin backend has two invoices: one is "paid" and other one is "no status". The email notification app is set to email on cart abandonment. So it will notify the user that had already bought the plan because of that "no status" invoice.

I think it's clear now.

Hello Lecius,

For now to resolve this issue find attached file and replace at below mentioned file path.
root/plugins/payplans/email/email/app/email/email.php

After replacing the file , please take a look on this issue again and see how it goes.
