Caption field for post cover photo?

Hello StackIdeas Team,

when i am adding a post cover photo in easyblog, there is a textbox with name of photo below the uploaded photo. I can change this text, but it does not show anywhere. At first i was thinking this is for a caption for the photo it seems not. Please tell me, what this field is for.

However, is it possible to have a caption with a normal post cover photo?

Ah I see. Unfortunately we don't have photo caption on the post cover

Hey,

This is actually used for SEO purposes as the title and alternate attribute of the post cover. Take a look at my screen shot here, http://take.ms/MQrak

Hm, what do you mean by a normal post cover photo eh? Do you mean you want to insert a caption for a normal image in the post?

Hm, it's not possible because we don't control the "html". But which WYSIWYG editor do you use eh? Most WYSIWYG editors already has built-in support for image captions eh?
