Hm, we don't generate any captcha for subscriptions but why would there be a need to prevent this eh? Since these are just subscriptions, it doesn't actually do anything.

As I wrote in my ticket: we have been attacked as we received a lot of fake subscriptions request from our website

It was a spam bot and inserting a Captcha field could help to avoid this kind of attacks

If not available, could be possible to have it in the next EasyBlog version?

It will make your component more secure

Hm, we could do that but that would actually reduce your subscribers because it would actually make it harder for them to subscribe. Have you tried to turn on the option here, http://take.ms/L5spw

Also it is best to have in the configuration an option if to use or not use captcha...it will be my decition hotw to do

i prefer to have less subscribers but not spam ;-)

Do you mean even you enabled this option 'Require User To Agree Before Subscribing' (screenshot : http://take.ms/L5spw ) from backend, your site still getting those spam subscription email?

No, I mean it is not enough
I want captcha code to be security compliant
