Hey Alex,
It seems like you have request for different domain to support, perhaps you can consider to upgrade your current license to developer version?
Because Pro license only obtain 1 domain for support, and you did requested this domain for support 'ecusolutions.net' in your previous ticket.
By the way, since your client do not want to provide us with his site login details, that is very difficult for us to troubleshoot this issue.
But you can try this following step and see whether possible to solve this issue :
1. This is what i realised, if you manually access this link ->
http://take.ms/KsVWx , it will required you to login.
[gist type="php"]
http://www.fempton.com/main32/start/research-new?task=captcha.generate&tmpl=component&no_html=1&id=292
[/gist]
2. So this is the same case when you access this page
http://www.fempton.com/main32/start/research-new , it will required you to login, so can you double check this following menu item as what you created from backend "
- research-new (menu alias)
- new (menu alias)
Make sure these menu item set it to public access.
Or you can try create a hidden menu for "Easyblog - frontpage layout " and set to public access.
