captcha doesn't work

Hello
and first thank you for your great joola extensions!

I'm triyng to get Komento to work with captcha in the form. But the captcha is not shown with the inserted captcha. So I tried recaptcha and used it with public and private key. But also the same issue, captcha is not shown and the form is submitted without error.

In backend I enabled captcha at antispam.

Please can someone help me?

Have you select the user group here http://screencast.com/t/J1bsCVKmox ? If you already did, can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

thank you for that quick answer.

Yes, I've selected the usergroup with public. I've also tried guest but then a warning occours that the coment need to be moderated by administrator. But still no captcha. I sent you a ticket (subject=captcha-doesn-t-work) with the backend-details of the website with the issue. Thanks for have a look at it.

What kind of subcription do you mean that I need? I'm using Komento free.
