cant upgrade easyblog into joomla 3.2.3

when installing your latest easyblog update into our joomla 3.2.3 website, we are getting the following error:

1146 - Table doesn't exist SQL=SELECT id from ruc_components WHERE link =
'option=com_community' and enabled='1'

can you tell me what we are doing wrong?

Hello Lee Salzman,

It seems like the error is not related the Easyblog component, because i have tried to disable Easyblog component in your site, it look like when you access the homepage, you also getting this error. 
1146 - Table doesn't exist SQL=SELECT id from ruc_components WHERE link =

Could you mind consult this component developer and see how it goes? please advise.
