It is recommended to download and install launcher or full package installer found on your dashboard and run the installation as usual which is at Extensions > Install.

Can we have the permission to update the EasySocial for you? If can, please perform a full backup of your site and update your FTP's access before we upgrade it for you.

When I was trying to access your https://relatos.sexoescrito.com/administrator, it gave me the following error:

Not Found

The resource requested could not be found on this server!

Also, when I was trying to access your FTP, it gave me the following error:
