Which browser are you using to view this? Also, EasyBlog doesn't perform any video conversion so your video source itself could be problematic. Try uploading the video file to your site's root and try to manually play it by browsing it with your browser and see if it is play-able?

in attachment you can see the video specs. They are no special Videos: mp4 with h264 and aac Audio. They are webvideos!
I make a test whit this video on my normal joomla site, with allvideo plugin. It works.

I use on my PC Firefox and on my phone Safari to browse the web.
But for a Week i have no problems. And after the update they all my videos are broken
I look after your question in my Firefox and i see, the player is in Flash mode! I dont no way but you can see it in the screenshot.

Can you update your following details into your first post > click edit button > enter your site details into optional information field.

1. Joomla backend access
2. FTP access
3. Provide us one of the blog page URL which contain this video

By the way, it seems like when I access your license support domain site, I hitting following error :

Forbidden



You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe



Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
