think I find a bug on profile type when you want to remove the "Feeds" on your profile page maybe other apps too I have not tested,
https://www.site.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=profiles&layout=form&id=1
If you go to Apps to remove the standard app "Feeds" with no tickbox setting its still comes up under "Profile header". You can only move the "Feeds" above or below the header but its not remove/delete it there to.
( Everything below this section will be displayed under "More" dropdown in the profile header)
If I go to unpubish "Feeds" on APPS https://www.site.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=apps&group=all&state=all then its finally removed but for example if I have different profile types then this function example "Feeds" is removed from all profile types you have.
Maybe thats how it works for all apps? all or nothing?.
