I'm trying to install easy social on local server , when i go by option 1 loading files remotely, it throws up an error: "Downloading Installation Files... Failed
The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this."

In second option i downloaded the full setup file and then used it to install, it throws up an error: "Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team."

I'm using uniserver Zero as my localserver.

All the other components (Kommento, Blog & Discuss) the system has allowed to install without problem, only while installing easysocial the above problem is coming.
Hello Sunny,

I have replied in your ticket #26257, please have a check.

Hello Gaetano,

If you face the same MD5 error, it is actually because the launcher doesn't support "offline" installation, That's why you get the error. You might want to install using Full Package which can be downloaded from your dashboard here: http://www.stackideas.com/dashboard

Hello Gaetano,

The only way for you to download language packs is via the Language package manager at the back end of EasySocial.

If you want to download it manually, you can head on to https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/easysocial/language/it_IT/ to download it
