Cant Install App

I'm trying to install Article stream app (easysocialstream_2.0.3) in ES 2.0.17 (joomla 3.7.1). but am unable to install it.

I'm getting a blank red alert instead of successfull install message. ( I tried both methods tmp & file upload)

can you pls help
Hi Sunny,
That is actually a plugin. So you would have to install it through Joomla's extension manager.
