Hi guys, i know that this is a noob question but when i try to change my default homepage to show my easysocial when a user access my web im get a blank page, how can i fix this ?

Thank you !
Hi Rubén Velázquez Ros,

Sorry for late reply to this,

Hmm I'm not sure they got really check on your issues or not.

By the way, After investigated long time ago, I already help you solved it, I think if you changed default page to use Easysocial - dashboard or other component, you must set this setting "Show Mainbody on Frontpage" to YES from JSN Corsa PRO - Defecto template configuration. Check my screenshot below.

Hi Ruben,

Don't be worry about that, this is our pleasure.

I have tried to access in your frontend and backend site, but I hitting this "This web page is not available", is it your server blocked our IP address? If yes, perhaps you can try put my current IP address 110.159.167.111 in your server white list

Also can you provide us with your FTP access as well.

Hi Ruben,

Sorry for late reply to this,

I have tried to access in your backend, but i hitting this :
0 Cannot open file for writing log

Can you consult with your webhosting provider regarding this?

Because most likely your path to the logs folder may be incorrect.

To check/change the path, in Joomla backend, go to Global Configuration and then choose the Server tab and check if the Path to Log folder is correct.

Or go to your configuration.php file and check for it.

Keep us updated then when you resolved this.

Hello Ruben,

I am still not able to access your administrator area due to the file log path permission issue, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-04_1804.png

By the way can you try to go to your menu manager page > main menu > your easysocial menu item and change change it to default as per screenshot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-04_1807.png and see how it goes?

Hi Ruben,

Perhaps can you consult with your Webhosting provider why we hitting this error " 0 Cannot open file for writing log" after login?

by the way, I still can't access in your FTP account, this is what i getting.
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

However, at the same time can you enable the error_reporting to maximum? Then set Easysocial dashboard by home default and see what error are you hitting.

Okay, let's try this few thing now :
STEP 1 : Go to your backend > System > global configuration > server > error_reporting to Maximum
STEP 2 : Set Easysocial - Dashboard menu item for default Home page
STEP 3 : Refresh your homepage and see what error you hitting.
STEP 4 : If no error come out, try view the page source.

Keep us updated then the result.

Hi Rubén Velázquez Ros,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Great I can access now.

I've checked in your site, I suspect that was your current template configuration issues, because if I change to Joomla default template "Protostar", it work fine. Perhaps you can consult with your current template provider regarding this?

Keep us updated then.
