I just purchased the Easy Social and as I am configuring it before release and I am using the Fourms as much as possible to answer my questions and on numerous Forums Replies I am not able to access the reply as it indicates " This section can only be seen by users with a valid subscription. "

Should I nor t have access to teh replies. This would prevent me from using the Support alot.

Can I know which particular post are you trying to view on the forums? Some posts are posted in different category and based on your subscription, you are permitted to view posts under the EasySocial category.

That may be the issue - but many times those issues run across the same platforms and programming as your products are similar in nature! Just a thought that maybe the entire FORUMS could be made view able with paid subscriptions. Just my 2 cents, Save you (Stack Ideas) alot of headaches and expedite customers ability to fix it on tribal knowledge and past experience quickly.
