Can you update this account that you provided for the backend to have full privilege of Super User so that we can have a better check of it?

For FTP, I am able to access it.

How I tested after page owner notified me.

Made my personal account a admin on their page, went to review on mobile and couldn't accept pending.
Went on laptop clicked pending and could accept

It seems that it is caused by your customization which is at JoomlaFolder/templates/esmobile/html/com_easysocial/reviews/default/default.php.

The reason that the filters are not working is because you are missing this data attribute, data-es-mobile-filters.

seems when you click pending on mobile its not loading the pending reviews, click pending on desktop it loads the pending

It seems like that customization file already outdated which only compatible with Easysocial 2.x .

I already help you renamed this file JoomlaFolder/templates/esmobile/html/com_easysocial/reviews/default/default.php then put another correct file under same folder.

JoomlaFolder/templates/esmobile/html/com_easysocial/reviews/default/sidebar.php

I already help you remove that checking code, so user can able to submit multiple time review now.

Please have a check and see whether working correctly now?
