Hello, this is a similar issue I had before: I was not able to upload a new cover, but this works now. I was testing upload new avatar (updating an existing) and get now the following error message: "Method uploadAvatar does not exist"

Your help is appreciated.

Thx. Rober
Hey Robert,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I cannot access the back end as it is password protected. Can you please advise?

Hello Mark!

I know you have a weekend, so you really can enjoy your weekend and start on Monday back again on this issue. This is not that urgent and I don't want to ruin your weekend.

I removed Password protection successfully in case you want to check.

Thank you!

Hey Robert,

Thanks for getting back to me on this. Hm, there is something strange about your site versus what we have here in my development environment. For some reasons you have the additional file of /media/com_easysocial/scripts/site/profile/avatar.js which I don't have locally.

Anyway, I have modified that file and it should work fine now By the way, it looks like your EasyBlog license has already expired You can use the coupon code RENEWNOW to get discounts for your renewals

Hello Mark!

Thank you for fixing this issue and the discount on EasyBlog!

The reason why i assume I have different files is that I have this template installation from JoomlArt --> JA Social II. I assume the Installation was pretty crap because I see in my Joomla Backend lots of components related to CB and JomSocial?!?! They might use same objects in the DB?!?

If I go to my profile, I see I have a JomSocial default profile?? I never ordered any JomSocial Software? Can I uninstall these components from Joomla Backend without destroying things from EasySocial?

Additionally: AppCarvers is now Building my Apps for Android and IPhone. Do the develop items on the server? Do you have any experience with them?

BR.

Hey Robert,

Yeah, you could actually removed them if you don't use them It's best that you check with App carvers if they actually added any files because there could be a possibility they are adding these files :x
