I had EasyBlog ver2.0.3647 installed since June 2011 in my Joomla 1.5.23. Every thing was working fine. Recently I checked that I am unable to upload the image as normal registered User from FrontEnd. When I click the Insert Image then a Dialog box opens up and shows a a Upload Image. When I select the image then it start to upload but continues and never finishes. I appreciate you help.

I have checked following and seems ok in EasyBlog Configuration Settings / Media:
In ACL, permission is allowed to the Registered to upload the Image
Max Image Size = 0
EasyBlog_images Folder Permissions are 777 in ftp

Kindly help
Hello,

It looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

I have found out that when I disable option of 'Resize Uploaded Image' under the 'Settings / Work Flow / Media' then it uploads it. Is it EasyBlog Bug or some other reason ?? I am not ready to pay for the Bug Fixing, it should be fixed free of cost.

Hello Asif,

I have replied you in the ticket. Please do not create multiple support issues as this will only slow down your support requests. Also, please be reminded that our support will only be provided to users with an active subscription.

Again, I am really sorry but this does not mean we want to cheat your money. Look at it this way, does this mean that after 10 years down the road, we still need to fix the current version that you are using?

Your subscription has expired almost 2 years ago and it is rightful for us to deny any support request since you do not have an active subscription. If your subscription has expired a couple of months ago, we could still understand and help you address any issues that you have but it has been 2 years ago since your subscription expired.

Thanks for understanding.
