Hey there,

Did you update your EasySocial with the single click updater? If yes, it is a known issue. It is recommended to download and install launcher or full package installer found on your dashboard and run the installation as usual. If no, may I know how did you update your EasySocial?

Can we have the permission to update the EasySocial for you? If can, please perform a full backup of your site before we upgrade it for you.

I had tried launcher and full installer for your EasySocial Installation and there are working fine.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

We did released another new Office template version which addressed this issue, can you update to latest version and see if you still hitting this error?

Please do the full backup if you got do any customisation in previously before you update.
