Cannot upgrade to 1.2.8 because if zip library

Hello,
I got an error message when trying to upgrade to 1.2.8 and the installation cannot proceed. It says that I am missing the zip library. I just checked my server and it shows that zip library is installed.

Hello checksum,

Hm, strange we have not done anything on the site yet. Perhaps there's some misconfiguration on the server's end earlier?
