Hello,

I always get this error message when trying to upgrade.

i downloaded the new installer as instructed but, when I click next the installer stops and I get this error message.
I was trying to upgrade from 1.2.7 from 1.2.5
Hello checksum,

I am unable to login to the site with the provided login credentials This is the error that I am getting


The two factor authentication Secret Key is invalid.

Hi,

Hmm I am not sure what went wrong. It is possible that the download step didn't complete properly or the downloaded file was corrupted from internet connection jump.

But anyway, I've updated EasySocial to 1.2.7 on your site.

What you can try in the future is to click on the "show other package" on the dashboard, and download the full package, http://cl.ly/image/3K18082g3B2J, and during installation, choose the "install from directory" http://cl.ly/image/2m03441i3n3r
