Hello David,

You can download the latest EasyBlog in your dahsboard at http://stackideas.com. Please take note if you are upgrading from EasyBlog 3.8.x or older to 3.9.x requires a full uninstall / installation. The reason is because there are some core files which were modified in this release and running the updater would actually break things.

Rest assured that your data would not get erased when you perform an uninstall. Theme files and other core files would however get erased, so if you have made any modifications, it's best to make a backup of the modifications first.

If I did an uninstall. Then reinstalled the latest vs my blog entries would stay intact? Should back up each entry first to make sure?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes your settings and data will be intact The only things we are deleting will be the files. So if you did any hack on the files itself then those changes will be lost. Please backup the modified files (if you did modify anything) Hope this helps.
