I am trying to update, and first I re-created my API key and then saved it in the Joomla Admin.
When I click Update, it keeps telling me my API key is invalid.
What do you suggest?
Bob
Hi Bob,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply due to the different timezone here in our country.

May I know on what version you are trying to upgrade to? If you are upgrading your easyblog from version 3.9 to version 5 you need to update your easyblog via extension manager where you can get the installer from http://stackideas.com/dasboard . If the issue still persist kindly provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you with the installation on your site.

I think my colleague typo that dashboard character, this is the correct URL and get the API key from your profile dashboard -> http://stackideas.com/dashboard and follow this documentation how to upgrade to Easyblog 5. (Yes, download the launcher installer)
