Cannot Update Cannot Install

The updater is asking for the correct API key although I have regenerated it 3 times. I get the error logs

Starting upgrade process ...
Downloading patch files ...
Updating Foundry Framework
Error Please enter the correct API key. You may generate it from http://stackideas.com/account/my-account.html ...
View Logs
I try installing the package file and it fails with no visible error, no message, no indication. The version my sites is on is 3.9.24862. Why can I not update nor install? Please help. a sample site is below

hey Gerald,

I already help you upgraded to Easyblog 5, please have a check.

What I did is download the latest launcher installer from http://stackideas.com/dashboard ( http://screencast.com/t/kaxcATfbY97P ) then upload the installer file through in Joomla installer, hope this will help other facing this same issue.
