I went into backend of ES for a specific page QCC Global. I then tried to update one of the group to an admin. It does not work and eventually times out. Tried a few times.

After renaming the htaccess file, it appears we are encountering the mod_security error again, similar to your group creation issue: http://take.ms/PrD38
From the group creation post, we are actually still waiting for your SSH root user access so we can troubleshoot mod_security.
