Hello,
we tried to update to latest version (3.9.19775) but, although we have updated the API key, when running the updater, it was stuck in 10% with the error saying that we have to update the API key...I updated the API key about 5 times but still...the error remains...what could be the matter??

I just noticed that I hadn' t closed this issue...You were right, indeed the subscription had expired, we renewed it. We were able to update after all. Thank you!
