Cannot update

Hi, I am trying to an update but I keep getting an error "Error Please enter the correct API key." I have checked and confirmed that my api key is correct and my subscription is still active. Could you look into this please.

I'm sorry that make you confusing of that Easyblog Updater, actually that updater only work from the version 3.9xxx update to 4.0xxx , if you update from 3.8xxx to 3.9xxx, that updater is not work. You have to go download the latest version of Easyblog from here http://stackideas.com/dashboard , then upload/install from your Joomla backend > Extension Manager

Sorry for the small misinformation. What we meant was that the upgrader currently works for upgrade of 3.9 and above. So upgrading from 3.9.XXXXX to 3.9.XXXXX is not a problem If you have 3.8 Please go to the dashboard http://stackideas.com/dashboard and download the installer package. Then install it manually. As for EasyBlog 4.0 we are actually planning this so the ETA is unavailable. Hope this helps.
